One of the new services that our Ministry Team, led by Antony, is introducing is a Family Eucharist, the first of which will be held this Sunday at 10:30am.
How will this differ from the previous 10.30 service? Well, it will be a shorter service targetting children and adults of all ages. We would especially like families who are having their children baptized at St Mary’s to come along to this service, so that they can familiarise themselves with the building, meet the Rector and ministry team and members of the congregation, and prepare for the Christening.
We are aware that, from the outside, our building can be intimidating to some people, and reassuring to others and we want everyone to feel comfortable when entering our beautiful Church. This is so important particularly to young families with children. We have several families who attend and their children are cherished members of our Church family.
